What You’ll Do:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and site visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with fleets, dealerships, and commercial clients.
- Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and contracts to close sales opportunities.
- Accurately document customer interactions and sales activities in Bauer Built’s tire management system.
- Follow up on leads and orders to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Collaborate with the tire center team to coordinate deliveries and meet customer expectations.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and product innovations.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales and profitability targets with integrity and professionalism.
What You Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales role (tire or automotive industry preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM or sales software
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to interpret sales data and performance metrics
