What You’ll Do:
- Inspect tires for wear, damage, and other issues that may affect performance or safety.
- Mount, balance, and torque new tires using specialized tools and equipment.
- Provide expert tire service both in-shop and onsite via company service truck.
- Communicate clearly with customers to diagnose concerns, provide service recommendations, and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while adhering to all safety protocols.
- Prioritize and complete work efficiently to meet deadlines and service expectations.
What You Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience as a tire technician is a plus but not required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to lift and maneuver heavy tires and equipment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (past 3 years).
- Strong understanding of vehicle systems and repair procedures.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
