As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and promoting our products or services over the phone (Training and support will be provided). Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided lead lists
- Introduce our products or services and explain their benefits
- Qualify leads and identify potential customers
- Schedule appointments or demonstrations for our sales team
- Follow up with prospects via phone or email to answer questions or provide additional information
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM software
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in telemarketing, technology sales, or business development preferred
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential customers
- Comfortable with warm calling techniques and overcoming objections
- Additional language skills such as Spanish are a plus
- Strong market awareness and understanding of sales principles
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a desire to succeed in a competitive environment
