This is a commission-driven hunter role for BGR Event Center and BattleGR, selling high-energy corporate team-building events, school parties, and private group experiences at West Michigan's premier experiential entertainment venue.

Compensation
- Small base salary (based on experience) uncapped commission
- 3–6 month ramp period with performance benchmarks
- Commission paid when events execute
- Quarterly performance bonuses
- Realistic Year 1: $45K–$65K | Top Performers: $80K
- PTO IRA match after 90 days
- $150/month healthcare $50/month phone stipend
Weekly Activity Minimums
- 200 targeted outbound calls
- 10 in-person drop-ins
- 2 networking/community events per month
What You'll Do
- Make targeted outbound calls to local businesses
- Walk into businesses and book meetings
- Work corporate lead lists self-source opportunities
- Close corporate team-building, school events, and group parties
- Manage full pipeline in HighLevel CRM
You Must Have
- B2B outside sales experience with proven close record
- Outbound calling experience (we provide targeted lists)
- Reliable transportation
- Smartphone laptop
- Self-discipline to work autonomously
- Comfortable walking into businesses to build relationships
(Event industry experience is a bonus, not required)
