What You’ll Do

As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll be the on-site leader ensuring each event runs smoothly, every guest leaves smiling, and your team stays on point. This is a hands-on leadership role where follow-through, organization, and confidence matter.

You’ll:

• Be the Manager on Duty—taking the lead when the GM isn’t present
• Supervise a team of up to 10 staff members across multiple activity zones
• Ensure every event starts on time, runs efficiently, and meets quality standards
• Handle guest issues professionally and proactively
• Close the facility each night with precision—clean, secure, and reconciled
• Coach team members on procedures, service, and accountability
• Ensure all reservations, schedules, and tickets are correct and guests are prepped for fun
• Lead with energy, focus, and a friendly smile—because great leaders know how to have fun too

What We’re Looking For

✅ At least 1 year of experience in hospitality, events, or a fast-paced customer service environment

✅ Type A energy: organized, task-driven, and thrives under pressure

✅ Friendly, outgoing personality—you're a people person who leads with confidence

✅ Great at following processes and helping others stick to them

✅ Available evenings, weekends, and some holidays

✅ Looking for long-term growth into Event or Assistant Manager roles
