Basic Function:
As a Game Facilitator, you'll be the face of fun and excitement at BattleGR, ensuring each group has a memorable, enjoyable experience. You’ll manage game logistics, assist participants, and create an engaging atmosphere with a variety of interactive games, including laser tag, axe throwing, archery tag, cornhole, throw bowling, and more! If you're outgoing, adaptable, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
- Game Setup & Management: Prepare and organize the game space, overseeing the logistics and group dynamics.
- Customer Assistance: Help guests understand the game, answer questions, and offer assistance during play.
- Debriefing & Reflection: Lead post-game discussions, encouraging reflection on team performance and fun.
- Customer Experience: Check in customers, process payments, and handle reservations.
- Space Maintenance: Ensure the game areas are clean, functional, and welcoming for all guests.
- Conflict Resolution: Identify any issues or conflicts and work to resolve them in a way that supports a positive experience for all participants.
Requirements:
- Outgoing Personality: Energetic and friendly, with a passion for engaging guests and creating a fun environment.
- Customer-Centric: A strong desire to serve and provide an exceptional experience for all.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication with guests and teammates.
- Multitasking Ability: Manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining focus and a positive attitude.
- Professionalism: Punctual, reliable, and dedicated to providing high-quality service.
- Hospitality Experience: Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Flexibility: Evening and weekend availability is required; full- and part-time options are available.
