Responsibilities
- Dispense medications accurately while adhering to pharmaceutical regulations and hospital policies
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate medication therapies and dosages
- Collaborate with healthcare providers on medication management plans, including acute pain management and oncology treatments
- Utilize Electronic PMS for documentation, medication reconciliation, and patient data review
- Educate patients on medication use, potential side effects, and drug interactions to promote safe medication practices
Requirements
- Valid Missouri Pharmacist license
- Proven experience with pharmacy management systems (PMS) for medication management and documentation
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory compliance.
Pay: $62.27 - $74.99 per hour
