Role
As a Project Manager, you will be the linchpin that keeps our projects running smoothly
and our clients happy. You’ll interface closely with our Production Manager to receive
all plans and documents, post those documents on-site for our installers, and ensure
that quality control is top-notch every step of the way.
Responsibilities
- Document Management: Receive project plans from the Production Manager
and post them on the job site so that installers have clear, up-to-date
information.
- Customer Interaction: Be the primary point of contact for customers, providing
excellent customer service and regular updates on project progress.
- Quality Control & Site Visits: Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is on
schedule, meets our high standards, and to anticipate and mitigate any potential
issues before they become problems.
- Scheduling & Inspections: Oversee project scheduling and coordinate any
required inspections, ensuring everything is completed on time.
- Invoicing & Milestones: Handle invoicing at key project milestones and manage
punch lists to ensure that all finishing touches meet our quality standards.
- Ability to perform minor pinch-list duties to keep things moving...you may need
to break out caulk gun, hammer or screw gun once in a while.
Qualifications
- 5 Years in construction project management, particularly with outdoor or
residential projects.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced
environment.
- Tech savvy, no pen and paper users welcome here.
- Experience managing over 150 projects or 4 million total in contracts per year.

- $75,000 starting salary.
