about the job: we’re looking for an Implementation Manager to lead the delivery of partner integrations and product launches across our global travel insurance platform. You’ll work closely with internal teams and high-value partners to manage project plans, technical requirements, and successful rollouts of new products and capabilities.

- Create and maintain project plans with timelines, dependencies, and milestones
- Coordinate partner onboarding and drive the full implementation lifecycle
- Manage communication across internal teams and partner stakeholders
- Oversee product rollout, training, early-stage support, and operational readiness
- Participate in testing and QA to ensure accuracy and performance
- Define and track KPIs to measure partnership and product success
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and ensure deliverables meet acceptance criteria
- Prepare updates and progress reports for internal teams
- Work with internal teams to streamline processes and improve scalability for future implementations
