What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Concierge Security position at Battle Tested Security?
Position Objective: As a Property Management Security Guard, this individual will be responsible for overseeing the safety and security of the property and residents. The guard will address noise complaints,monitor entrances/exits, accept packages, and complete other assigned tasks. The guard will be required to provide detailed shift notes and incident reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet all residents, guests and vendors entering the building; manage the property guest list
- Create detailed shift notes and incident reports for client
- Answer phone and provide access for authorized personnel
- Monitor CCTV screens and remain vigilant at all times
- Accept packages and handle per client requirements
- Engage law enforcement as required and document accordingly
- Other duties as assigned
Additional Requirements
- Ability to act decisively in high-pressure situations
- Provide outstanding customer service at all times in all interactions
- Maintain excellent client relationship; ensure client expectations are met or exceeded at all times
- Ensure Market Manager and Executive Team member are included on all client communications
- Able to stand and/or walk up to 12-hours per shift
- Available to travel up to 25%
- High school diploma
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience
- Thorough knowledge of emergency response procedures and security protocols
- Ability to pass criminal background check
- Ability to obtain state guard card (if required)
- Military experience strongly preferred
Salary : $16 - $18
