Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a New Product Introduction (NPI) Planner. The NPI Planner will play a critical role in the successful launch of new products, ensuring seamless coordination between cross-functional teams and timely execution of key milestones throughout the product development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to develop and execute comprehensive NPI plans for new products.
• Create and maintain detailed project schedules, timelines, and critical path analyses to track progress and identify potential bottlenecks or risks.
• Coordinate with external suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of components and materials required for NPI activities.
• Conduct regular status meetings with stakeholders to review project progress, address issues, and provide updates on key milestones.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize NPI processes, streamline workflows, and enhance overall efficiency.
• Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners to facilitate effective communication and alignment on NPI priorities and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the NPI process.
