Overview
We are in search of a dynamic individual to fill the position of Branch Manager in our Conway location. We are looking for someone with a focus on exceptional Customer Service, problem solving skills, with a focus on company growth. This individual will report directly to the COO and CEO and will be responsible for directing and supervising the daily operations of the location, as well as supervising delivery drivers, service technicians and office staff.
Responsibilities
- Manage staffing to include interviewing, hiring, training and performance reviews
- Oversee compliance in areas of safety, policies and procedures
- Oversee daily work schedules, including staffing needs to ensure jobs are completed timely
- Ensure all customer interactions both in the office and in the field are performed to and above company standards
- Work diligently to retain and grow customer base
Experience
- Any experience in the Propane and/or oil industry would be beneficial
- Prior management experience
- Able to manage multiple moving parts seamlessly and simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent customer service skills and conflict resolution skills
- Research parts inventory for best pricing
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring skills
