What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Professional position at Battle LP Gas Company Inc?
Looking for an experienced, well organized, detail oriented, multi-tasker with excellent verbal and written communication skills and exemplary customer service and sales skills. Candidate must have computer skills including Microsoft Office and be able to quickly adapt to industry specific software. Must be able to handle high volume, multi-line phone, meet deadlines, be able to prioritize workload, and work well independently as well as be a team player. Accounts Receivable, Sales and Collections knowledge a plus.
