The qualifications for our Full Time Team Member position at Battle House:

• At least 1 year or more of previous customer service experience; prior leadership/management experience is a plus as we see this role as having an opportunity to grow into a position on our leadership team
• Experience working with spreadsheets, point of sale systems, and CRMs
• Flexibility in schedule and the ability to work operational hours including some work from home during the winter season and the ability to work weekends
• Willingness to work with diverse groups ages 6-96
• Have the ability to speak in front of groups ranging in size from 5 people to 50
• Have the ability to commute to and have reliable transportation to our location in Wilmington, NC
• Have the ability to pass drug screenings at all times

The role of Full Time Team Member at Battle House:

• A Full Time Team Member at Battle House Tactical Laser Tag will spend their days helping customers, coaching employees, and generally having fun while working hard
• Each day on the management team at Battle House Tactical Laser tag can be a little different. This role is a good fit for people who value creating a fun experience for customers while also providing one-on-one coaching to our crew members/referees
• The Full Time Team Member at Battle House Tactical Laser Tag will need to take ownership for all operations from the front door to the back and everything in between

Since 2013 Battle House Tactical Laser tag has been providing a sophisticated and engaging form of tactical combat laser tag. Our locations offer a mission-based, team-oriented gaming experience that encourages our customers of nearly all ages to have fun in a close quarters combat style environment.
