Responsibilities

- Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and courteously
- Handle all clerical tasks including data entry, filing, proofreading, and maintaining organized records
- Support office management activities such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and personal assistant duties
- Utilize computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and basic bookkeeping software like QuickBooks
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors as needed to ensure smooth operations
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, offering information, and escalating issues appropriately
Experience
- Prior office experience or administrative support roles demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proven experience in customer service environments with excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with office management tasks such as filing systems, data entry, calendar management, and document proofreading
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse clients and visitors
