What You’ll Do
- Own and uphold standards of accuracy, productivity, and reliability
- Oversee budgets, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Review, manage, and supervise residential construction projects for quality and scope compliance
- Solicit bids from vendors and manage trade partner relationships
- Create and maintain task lists and construction schedules
- Lead and manage crews and subcontractors on job sites
- Ensure job site safety, appropriate staffing, tools, and material availability
- Process and document all change orders
- Order and manage project materials, including inventory and warehousing
- Conduct post-project evaluations to refine future performance
- Maintain and grow client relationships
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
- 5 years of project management or construction operations experience
- Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and plan
- Demonstrated integrity and commitment to quality
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (but not required)
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on construction experience (Required)
