**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Delivery Driver to join our team. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials to designated locations in a safe and timely manner. Your role will play a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient delivery services.
**Duties:**
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to various destinations
- Load and unload packages, ensuring proper handling and securing of packages
- Plan delivery routes to optimize efficiency and meet delivery schedules
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, including handling inquiries and concerns professionally
- Perform heavy lifting tasks when required
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role
- Ability to operate and maintain delivery vehicles in a safe manner
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and moving of goods
- Knowledge of courier procedures and safe driving practices
