Customer Service Associate / Cashier
Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Scan and bag items for customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
- Sanitate work area, including wiping down surfaces and cleaning equipment.
- Assist with stocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
- Perform basic math calculations to ensure accurate transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
-Required to work weekends
Bakery & Order Taking:
- Serve customers over the Bakery Counter
- Taking phone orders from same day pick up or catering
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Math skills, including the ability to count money and make change.
- Previous experience in a customer service or cashier role is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of retail math is a plus.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
