What You’ll Handle
We’re hiring a Customer Service Associate who’s also excited to grow as a Phone Repair Technician—helping customers quickly get the right power, lighting, and Device Repair solutions. You’ll combine friendly Retail Sales support with hands-on troubleshooting so people leave confident and taken care of.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide in-store and phone-based Customer Service and Technical Support
- Perform Battery Testing and Battery Installation (including Automotive Batteries) and support safe recycling
- Complete Device Repair and basic Electronics Repair with careful documentation
- Use Point-of-Sale to process purchases, returns, and special orders accurately
- Offer clear Product Recommendations and helpful add-ons while working as a team
Required skills/qualifications:
- Strong communication, active listening, and customer-first mindset
- Technical aptitude and practical Troubleshooting skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced Retail Sales setting
- Able to lift automotive batteries and meet physical demands

Your Day, Powered
As a Customer Service Associate, your shift runs within store hours (Mon–Sat 8–7, Sun 10–5) and moves between the counter, repair bench, and sales floor. You’ll start by checking the day’s pickups and repair queue, then pivot as customers arrive—some need quick Battery Testing, others want guidance comparing options, and some need a Phone Repair Technician who can explain the fix in plain language. Between customer conversations, you’ll keep work areas tidy, update order statuses, and coordinate with teammates so handoffs stay smooth. Expect a steady rhythm: short, focused tasks, frequent questions, and plenty of opportunities to sharpen your Technical Support instincts while contributing to strong Retail Sales results.
