Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Salesperson located in Baton Rouge, LA.The Salesperson will provide exceptional customer service, assist with product recommendations, and address customer inquiries to meet their power and device repair needs. Daily responsibilities include processing transactions, restocking inventory, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, conducting device repairs, and promoting store products and services. Additionally, the role involves creating positive customer interactions and contributing to the team’s sales goals.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to assist customers with product recommendations and build lasting relationships
- Basic technical skills to perform device repairs, handle troubleshooting, and explain technical solutions to customers
- Sales, upselling, or product promotion knowledge to effectively promote products and achieve sales goals
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain inventory, track supplies, and ensure a clean store environment
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings
- Experience in retail, sales, or a related field is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Must be at least 18
- Must have valid drivers license
- Must have open availability
- Must be able to lift 75lbs
- Must be willing to do local deliveries
