Batteries Plus is looking for an energetic, competitive, and goal-oriented Outbound Commercial Sales Representative to join our Commercial team. In this role, you'll focus on high-volume outbound calling, turning leads into active accounts, and driving revenue growth across our commercial channels. What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls to targeted organizations and connect with decision-makers.
- Deliver compelling sales pitches that highlight the value of Batteries Plus products and services.
- Convert leads into accounts, generating revenue for both corporate and franchise stores.
- Follow up on leads, referrals, and inquiries to maximize sales opportunities.
- Consistently achieve sales quotas and activity goals, logging all interactions in CRM (Salesforce).
- Collaborate with sales coaches, store owners, and cross-functional teams for seamless customer transitions.
- Participate in training, sales meetings, and special projects to sharpen your skills and support growth.
What We're Looking For
- Associate degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications preferred (or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree).
- At least 1 year of inside sales, outbound phone sales, or cold-calling experience with proven success.
- Excellent verbal communication and confident phone presence with a consultative sales style.
- Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and comfortable in a high-pressure sales environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools (Salesforce strongly preferred).
- Coachable, adaptable, and a team player who thrives in a fast-moving environment.
