Pay & Benefits

• Pay Range: $19.00–$23.00 per hour

  • Guaranteed training pay during the first 3 months

  • Base hourly wage Higher pay on weekend shifts Uncapped sales incentives

What You'll Do

• Assist retail and commercial customers at the counter with product selection and service coordination

• Recommend battery and lighting solutions tailored to customer needs

• Create sales quotes and help drive store revenue goals

• Coordinate in-store services such as battery installation, key fob programming, and phone/tablet repair

• Maintain inventory organization and store cleanliness

• Partner with our repair techs and managers to ensure a smooth customer experience

• Participate in training and skill development to grow within the company

Qualifications

• 18 years of age with a valid driver's license

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic computer and math skills

• Tech-curious and eager to learn

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet

• Available to work a consistent 5-shift, 40-hour schedule including weekend shifts

Preferred Experience

While we provide paid training, you'll stand out if you have:

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality roles

• Sales or service experience in automotive, electronics, or tech-related fields

• Leadership experience or supervisory growth in past roles

• A strong desire to grow into roles such as Sales Lead, Store Manager, or Commercial Sales
