What You’ll Do
Customer Service & Sales
- Greet customers and identify their needs with a helpful, positive attitude.
- Recommend solutions and suggest add-ons to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
- Assist with phone inquiries, transactions, and basic repairs (training provided).
- Support commercial accounts and build lasting customer relationships.
Store Operations
- Operate POS system and help accurately manage inventory.
- Build displays, restock shelves, and maintain a clean, organized store.
- Deliver products to local business clients.
- Participate in store opening, closing, and daily operations.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in customer service or retail sales.
- Strong verbal communication and people skills.
- Comfortable learning technology systems (POS, inventory tools).
- Team-oriented, self-motivated, and dependable.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform hands-on tasks.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to work weekends.
