Cell Phone Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Phone Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets, across various operating systems such as Android and iOS. Your expertise in equipment repair and technical support will ensure our customers receive top-notch service and solutions for their mobile device issues.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on mobile devices running Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows.
• Perform repairs using hand tools and soldering techniques to fix damaged components.
• Conduct thorough analysis of device performance to identify potential problems and recommend solutions.
• Provide technical support to customers both in-store and remotely, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, including schematics and service history for each device.
• Assist in retail sales by providing knowledgeable recommendations on mobile devices and accessories.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in mobile technology and repair techniques to enhance service quality.

Requirements

• Proven experience with mobile devices, including knowledge of various operating systems (Android, iOS, macOS, Windows).
• Strong skills in software troubleshooting and computer hardware analysis.
• Proficiency in using hand tools for equipment repair.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to diagnose issues effectively.
• Experience in field service or technical support is preferred.
• Familiarity with retail sales practices is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
