Personal Injury Intake Specialist
Location: In Office
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Lunch: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM)
Starting Pay: $20.00 per hour (with significant opportunities for advancement)
About the Position
We are seeking a dependable, organized, and motivated Personal Injury Intake Specialist to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is looking for a long-term career with room for growth.
Personal injury experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic, reliability, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Vet and screen potential new clients
- Speak with insurance companies to open and initiate new claims
- Confirm automobile and insurance coverage
- Prepare and send Letters of Representation
- Create and maintain new client files
- Scan and upload incoming mail and documents into the case management system
- Maintain accurate client and claim information
- Communicate professionally with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers
- Assist with other administrative and intake duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new software
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player
- Personal injury or legal experience is preferred but not required
