Client Relationship Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic, energetic, and creative Client Relationship Specialist to regularly engage with our present and former clients.

Summary

We are looking for a full (or part-time) Client Relationship Specialist to engage, re-engage, educate, and build long-term relationships with our clients.

Our firm is busy , successful, and growing, and we want to stay in touch with our clients after their case is over, nurture those relationships, and make sure they know that we can help them with many other aspects of their legal needs as a multi-practice firm.

We need an out-of-the-box thinker and relationship builder to consistently and creatively nurture our past and present client relationships, as well as educate them on our services and other information that would be helpful for people to know.

Responsibilities include:

Building & Maintaining positive relationships with past and present clients and referral partners

Sending birthday cards, holiday cards, anniversary cards, etc. to clients and referral sources

Sending e-newsletters and other content

Develop & implement plans for thank you notes & gifts for clients and referral partners (closings, etc.)

Assist Managing Partner and CMO in other projects as needed

Updating & maintaining client lists and contact information

Develop and coordinate print materials as needed

Requirements:

Experience in marketing and networking

Prior experience in the legal field is highly preferred

Excellent communication skills

Aptitude for fostering positive relationships

Quick learner

Customer-oriented mindset

Teamwork and leadership skills

Technologically proficient

Experience with Google Workspace

Basic graphic design skills are needed

Must pass a background check

The role is hybrid Monday - Friday. Most hours are remote with some need to meet with lawyers and staff in office as well as attending local community and networking events which may be after traditional business hours or occasional weekends.

Compensation

We offer competitive compensation and great benefits for full time employees. We offer healthcare benefits, a great 401k plan, and paid time off (full-time position only; no benefits for part-time employees). We also give generous bonuses. Pay range for this position is $20-$30 per hour based on experience.

Education:

High school or equivalent

Experience:

marketing: 2 years (Preferred)

client relationship: 1 year (Preferred)

Creating business content and posting on social media: 2 years (Preferred)

law firm marketing: 1 year (Preferred)

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 37.5 per week
