We are currently seeking a talented Marketing Intern in Dallas, TX to join our family.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities Include

Marketing Support Includes, But Is Not Limited To

• Assisting with proposal and qualification package development, including formatting, proofreading, and content updates
• Supporting the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and project sheets
• Coordinating and maintaining marketing assets, including project photography, resumes, and project data
• Conducting market and client research to support business development efforts
  
  

Business Development Support Includes, But Is Not Limited To

• Assisting with prequalification and proposal submissions
• Tracking opportunities, leads, and client interactions in company CRM (Unanet)
• Supporting event coordination, including industry events, client meetings, and internal initiatives
  
  

Administrative Support Includes, But Is Not Limited To

• Organizing files and maintaining marketing databases
• Assisting with internal communications and marketing reporting
• Supporting the marketing leader in your respective office
