We’ve grown to ~$7M in revenue in 2025, primarily through founder-led sales and strong product-market fit. Now we’re ready to scale.
The Role
We’re hiring a Director of Revenue to turn our sales motion from founder-driven into a repeatable, scalable system.
You will own new revenue growth and build the sales engine that takes us from ~$1M in new annual revenue today to $10M .
This is not just a “manage the team” role.
This is a build the machine role.
What You’ll Do
Build the Sales Engine
- Define ICPs, vertical strategy, and targeting across multiple industries
- Build and document a repeatable sales process (inbound outbound)
- Establish clear funnel metrics (lead → close) and performance benchmarks
- Own and optimize HubSpot to reflect real pipeline health
Drive Revenue
- Personally close deals while scaling team output
- Improve conversion rates, deal size, and sales cycle
- Build accurate pipeline forecasts (±10–15%)
Build & Lead the Team
- Hire, onboard, and develop high-performing AEs and SDRs
- Coach reps on calls, deals, and messaging
- Quickly upgrade talent where needed
Build Pipeline Generation
- Create a scalable system for generating qualified meetings
- Train team on outbound (calls, email, SMS, etc.)
- Drive cost-efficient pipeline generation (target: <$200 per qualified meeting)
Partner Cross-Functionally
- Work with marketing and ops to improve lead flow and conversion
- Provide feedback on pricing, packaging, and positioning
What Success Looks Like (12–24 Months)
- Grow new revenue to $1M in Year 1, $5M in Year 2 tracking toward $10M in Year 3
- Build a repeatable, documented sales playbook used across the team
- Establish full-funnel visibility and predictable forecasting
- Develop a team where most reps hit or trend toward quota within 90 days
- Build a scalable pipeline generation engine
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves
- Experience scaling sales from early-stage → growth (0→1 or 1→10)
- Proven track record of building sales systems, not just managing them
- Strong closer — you still enjoy selling and can jump into deals
- Experience hiring and developing high-performing sales teams
- Highly data-driven — comfortable managing by metrics

Compensation
- Competitive base salary performance-based bonus. Total compensation of $200-250K OTE.
