Group Ticket Sales Executive
SUMMARY:
Group Ticket Sales Executives will assist in all aspects of group sales which will include, but are not limited to, selling tickets to customers in need of 25 tickets and birthday packages. Develop and market group sales, assist in game-day duties, fill in at other areas during game nights, and any other duties that may arise.
ABOUT US:
Baton Rouge Zydeco are a professional hockey team located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and they play at the Raising Cane's River Center Arena. They are a member of the Federal Prospects Hockey League.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sell group outings and ticket packages through prospecting, networking and cold calling.
- Target businesses and organizations for commitment to ticket packages that include season tickets, group packages, hospitality areas, all-inclusive suites, and mini plans.
- Managing and grow existing accounts.
- Maintain and develop the group sales database.
- Creation and development of professional proposals and presentations.
- Creation of new “Group" Nights.
- Provide excellent customer service to all accounts.
- Respond to and solve guest comments, questions, and concerns.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Strong work ethic and burning desire to be successful in the sports industry
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Sales and cold-calling experience a plus
- Willingness to work nights and weekends
Compensation:
Base $250.00 Per Week
