Baton Rouge Printing is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Baton Rouge Area. The company has been locally family owned and operated for approximately 60 years and is well integrated into the community. We pride ourselves in providing affordable and quality printing solutions for consumers as well as commercial businesses throughout the southern states.

Duties Include
- Serve as the primary liaison for sales representatives, handling customer requests via phone, email, or in person
- Initiate, track, and manage print projects through all the stages of production.
- Manage client expectations regarding deadlines and communicate any potential delays
- Consult with customers to clearly define project needs in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accuracy, timeliness and error – free handling of customer requests and deadlines
- Balance multiple tasks simultaneously, such as managing incoming calls, responding to customer emails, entering orders, and coordinating with production staff — all while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Skills Needed
- Communication Skills: Ability to work with a variety of personalities, with strong verbal and written communication for clear, concise interactions
- Computer Skills: Proficiency with computer programs required to process daily transactions and manage workflow
- Organization & Detail: Exceptional ability to manage multiple customer projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks based on urgency and deadlines. Strong attention to detail to ensure all client information and specifications are accurate. Reliable follow‑through with documentation, project tracking, and communication with customers and internal teams. Consistent ability to catch discrepancies and ensure all workflow steps are completed correctly.
