Job Description: Magazine Delivery Driver

Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Magazine Delivery Driver to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring our publications are delivered promptly, professionally, and with care. The ideal candidate enjoys driving, works independently, and takes pride in providing excellent service to our clients.

Responsibilities

Hand-Delivering Magazines

• Deliver magazines directly to a person whenever possible.
• Avoid leaving magazines unattended unless absolutely necessary; if so, place them in a safe and secure location.
• Use clear waterproof bags (provided) to protect magazines in the event of rain.
• Remove any old magazines from the delivery site to maintain a clean appearance.

Tidy and Professional Delivery

• Ensure magazines are stacked or arranged neatly at every location.
• Represent the company with professionalism and care during each delivery.

Closed or Relocated Locations

• Notify your manager immediately if a delivery location is closed or relocated.
• Provide timely communication to update records and avoid future issues.

Delivery Timeline & Tracking

• Use the provided tracking number to monitor magazine arrivals.
• Complete deliveries within three business days of notification (weather and time-off permitting).
• Maintain timely, consistent deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction.

Route Management

• Utilize Circuit for Teams (or other approved routing app) for efficient route navigation.
• Track all completed deliveries in the app, including uploading photos for proof of delivery (mandatory).
• Follow app guidelines to ensure accuracy and accountability.

Communication & Adjustments

• Report client requests for fewer or additional magazines to your manager promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of all changes.

Invoicing

• Submit invoices with all necessary details to ap@familyresourcegroupinc.com upon route completion.
• Ensure invoices are accurate for timely payment processing.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Reliable vehicle suitable for transporting magazines.
• Ability to lift and carry bundles of magazines as needed.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using a smartphone-based routing and delivery app.
• Excellent communication skills and dependability.

Compensation & Tools Provided

• Pay: $3.50 per stop $0.65 per mile.
• Stops: Approximately 50 stops per route.
• Timeline: All deliveries must be completed within three business days after magazines are received.
• Tools Provided: Access to a routing app for navigation, mileage tracking, and proof of delivery.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $150.00 - $500.00 per day
