The ideal candidate is a strong people leader who is passionate about food service excellence, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and employee development.

• Leadership experience in food service, hospitality, healthcare, or institutional dining environments
• Strong organizational, communication, and team-building skills
• Ability to supervise staff, coordinate workflow, and manage daily departmental operations

What You Will Do

As a Nutritional Care Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of assigned Nutritional Care areas while ensuring exceptional service, employee engagement, operational efficiency, and adherence to quality and safety standards.

• Supervise daily Nutritional Care operations and staff activities
• Coordinate staffing assignments based on workload and operational needs
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, employee development, performance evaluations, and disciplinary processes
• Monitor departmental productivity, service quality, and operational effectiveness
• Ensure compliance with departmental policies, procedures, and food safety standards
• Support performance improvement initiatives and process enhancements
• Collaborate with hospital departments to ensure patient and operational needs are met
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate supplies, equipment, and resources are available
• Review reports and operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Promote effective communication among staff and leadership
• Support budget goals through efficient resource utilization and cost-conscious practices
• Perform other duties as assigned
