What We’re Looking For:

• Reliable and compassionate team player with strong attention to detail

• Comfortable supporting patients with daily activities and vital health monitoring

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively

• Previous healthcare experience preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Certified Nursing Assistant Certification, Basic EMT Certification, Military Medic experience, or nursing student with completion of fundamental clinicals preferred

What You Will Do:

Support patient care delivery under the supervision of a registered nurse, improving the quality of life for patients and families by assisting with clinical and clerical responsibilities.

• Take and document vital signs, monitor intake/output, and report condition changes

• Assist patients with hygiene, mobility, and daily needs

• Aid with specimen collection, safe waste disposal, and medication transport per policy

• Participate in emergency response and maintain a clean, safe care environment

• Support the RN in implementing the plan of care and coordinating with support services

• Provide emotional support and participate in patient/family education and discharge planning

• Fulfill clerical tasks including answering calls, visitor assistance, order notifications, and supply management

• Ensure accurate documentation and charge tracking, and support communication across the care team
