Part-Time Clinical Education Coordinator
Are you detail-oriented and passionate about supporting healthcare education? We are seeking a Part-Time Clinical Education Coordinator to help organize, develop, and deliver educational activities that support staff, students, and community learning. This role is vital in maintaining our approved American Heart Association (AHA) Training Center and Continuing Education (CE) Provider Unit status.
What You’ll Do

Serve as a key resource and point of contact for staff, students, and community partners

Provide administrative support, including scheduling, records management, and data reporting

Coordinate student clinical rotations and maintain compliance with affiliation agreements

Assist in planning and delivering new hire orientation and professional development programs

Support AHA Training Center operations, ensuring compliance with AHA standards and accurate record-keeping

Help organize educational events, prepare course materials, and maintain learning management records
Qualifications

Education: Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience required

Experience: Minimum 1 year of administrative/secretarial experience (healthcare or healthcare education preferred)

Skills:

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities
