Registered Nurse – Wound & Hyperbaric Center
Job Summary: Join our mission to improve the quality of life for patients and their families. As an RN in our Wound & Hyperbaric Center, you will lead coordinated patient care—assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating treatment—in collaboration with physicians, families, and support staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient-Centered Care: Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnose needs, and develop individualized care plans.
Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with physicians and support teams to deliver timely and evidence-based care.
Wound & Hyperbaric Treatment: Accurately assess, stage, and document wounds; assist with hyperbaric therapies and recovery.
Education & Advocacy: Provide patient and family education, promote safety, and ensure patient rights are respected.
Continuous Evaluation: Reassess and update care plans as needed to optimize outcomes.
Quality & Safety: Actively support safety protocols, compliance standards, and performance improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:
Current Louisiana RN License
1 year of clinical RN experience preferred
Strong communication, assessment, and critical thinking skills
