What We’re Looking For:
· Compassionate communicator with a patient-first mindset
· Skilled multitasker who thrives in fast-paced environments
· Proven experience in a call center or customer service role
· Prior experience in a healthcare or medical call center setting (preferred)
· No formal education requirement
· Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures
· Basic computer skills and proficiency in relevant software applications
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to convey complex medical information clearly
· Demonstrated ability to handle high call volume efficiently and accurately
· Empathetic and patient-focused approach
· Maintains confidentiality and complies with HIPAA regulations
· Experience with Epic electronic medical records system (preferred)
· Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)

What You Will Do:
Serve as a compassionate and responsive first point of contact for patients and healthcare stakeholders by answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a seamless and caring experience.
· Respond to calls, emails, and chat inquiries with professionalism and empathy
· Handle inbound and outbound communications with a patient-centric approach
· Provide timely and accurate information on services, appointments, and general inquiries
· Assist patients with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations
· Collaborate with clinical care teams to relay patient concerns
· Maintain accurate, confidential records and document interactions in real time
· Route inquiries to the appropriate departments (e.g., billing, records)
· Follow established protocols and maintain compliance with data privacy and safety regulations
· Continuously update knowledge of healthcare services and policies to provide informed support
· Perform all other duties as assigned
