What You’ll Do:

As an LPN in our medical clinic, you’ll play a key role in supporting providers and caring for patients in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Your responsibilities will include:

·        Rooming patients and obtaining vital signs and health histories

·        Administering medications and injections as ordered

·        Assisting with minor procedures and treatments

·        Coordinating patient care and follow-up

·        Providing education and support to patients and families

·        Documenting accurately in the electronic medical record

What We’re Looking For:

·        Current LPN license in the state of Louisiana

·        BLS certification (required)

·        Previous clinic or ambulatory care experience preferred

·        Excellent communication, organizational, and clinical skills

·        A team player who’s passionate about patient-centered care
