Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to individuals in our substance abuse treatment programs, including administering medications, taking vital signs, and performing assessments.
Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams
Conduct group therapy sessions, educational workshops, and support groups
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Requirements:
Current LPN license in the state of Missouri
