Batis Pest Control is a locally owned, family-run pest control company serving homeowners and businesses throughout the Treasure Valley. Our mission is simple: provide reliable, honest pest control while treating every customer’s home like it’s our own.
We are looking for a Part-Time Pest Control Technician who enjoys working outdoors, solving problems, and helping customers protect their homes from pests.
This role is ideal for someone who likes independent work, flexible hours, and staying active throughout the day.
Schedule
- Part-time position
- Approximately 5–10 hours per week to start
- Additional hours available as our customer base grows
- Most services completed on weekday afternoons with occasional Saturdays
Pay
- $20–$25 per hour depending on experience
Responsibilities
- Perform pest control treatments at residential and occasional commercial properties
- Inspect homes and buildings for pest activity, entry points, and conducive conditions
- Apply pest control products to foundations, entry points, eaves, garages, and other key areas
- Install and monitor rodent bait stations when necessary
- Remove spider webs and wasp nests when found during service
- Communicate clearly with homeowners about treatments and preventative recommendations
- Maintain accurate service notes using company software
- Safely operate company equipment and maintain a clean, organized work vehicle
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and manage a service route
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 40 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
Preferred (but not required)
- Pest control experience
- Idaho pest control applicator license
- Experience in home services, landscaping, or similar outdoor work
Training is available for the right candidate.
