This role is all about coaching, mentoring, and bringing our proven sales system to life in a new market. You’ll help launch and develop talent, ensuring our growing Saginaw team delivers world-class results and experiences.
What You’ll Do
• Lead onboarding and early-stage training for new Saginaw sales hires
• Conduct in-field coaching and ride-alongs
• Deliver daily and weekly sales performance feedback
• Collaborate with Grand Rapids leadership on training structure and progress reports
• Foster a culture of accountability, learning, and growth
What We’re Looking For
• Experience in sales leadership, training, or performance coaching
• Background in home improvement or in-home sales preferred
• Strong communicator and motivator who leads by example
• Organized, disciplined, and comfortable with field-based work
