The Opportunity
We are looking for a driven, people-first Sales Performance Leader to oversee our Saginaw market. This position begins in our Sales Leadership Development Program — an immersive field training experience designed to develop leaders who can grow people, performance, and culture.
You will:

Master our proven one-call close sales process

Learn BathWorks’ leadership selling methodology

Demonstrate your ability to perform in the field before moving into full leadership responsibility
What You’ll Do

Lead by example through field performance and certified sales training
-
Coach and develop Design Consultants to meet and exceed key performance indicators
-
Drive accountability, preparation, and continuous improvement across your team

Collaborate with Sales Operations, Marketing, and Customer Care to improve alignment and results
-
Execute company initiatives that elevate customer experience and team growth
What You Bring
-
3 years of proven sales management or leadership experience (home improvement or direct sales preferred)
-
Strong ability to coach, motivate, and hold teams accountable
-
Passion for growth, personal development, and leading by example
-
Comfortable working full-time, in-person, and in the field (Monday–Saturday)
-
Resides within driving distance of the Saginaw office

Target earnings: approximately $189,000 (base performance bonus)
