Event Sales Representative | Part-Time (10–20 Hours/Week)

BathWorks of Michigan is hiring Part-Time Event Sales Representatives to represent our bath and shower remodeling services at home shows, festivals, and community events. This role offers 10–20 hours per week, with shifts typically scheduled between Wednesday and Sunday, and the opportunity to grow into a full-time career based on performance and availability.

What You’ll Do

• Represent BathWorks at home shows, festivals, and community events
• Engage with attendees and schedule free in-home estimates
• Use a proven, no-pressure appointment-setting process
• Help set up and break down event booths

What We’re Looking For

• Outgoing, energetic, and comfortable talking with people
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Able to lift 20–30 lbs for event setup
• Available to work 10–20 hours per week, with shifts between Wednesday and Sunday
• Willing to travel to local events as scheduled (Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, Lansing, Muskegon, Traverse City, Midland)
• Interested in potential growth into a full-time role

Compensation & Growth

• $21–$32/hr on-target earnings (base bonus)
