What You’ll Be Doing
- Meet with homeowners for pre-scheduled in-home consultations
- Run ~11 appointments per week (Monday–Saturday schedule)
- Travel within approximately a 100-mile radius
- Design and present customized bath and shower solutions
- Guide customers confidently to a decision and close
- Enjoy helping people but can still ask for the sale
- Take ownership of your results
- Are coachable and want to improve over time

- $152K–$248K earning potential
- Uncapped commissions | W2 employment
