What You’ll Be Doing
- Running pre-scheduled in-home appointments with homeowners
- Managing a target of 11 appointments per week
- Working a Monday through Saturday schedule with appointment times at 10 AM, 2 PM, and 6 PM
- Traveling within approximately a 100-mile radius for appointments
- Leading direct, solution-focused conversations
- Identifying needs and presenting the right remodel options
- Guiding customers to a decision with confidence
- Managing your pipeline and closing deals
- Has a genuine passion for helping people
- Is confident, assertive, and comfortable asking for the business
- Thrives in a performance-driven environment
- Communicates clearly and builds trust quickly
- Takes initiative and ownership of results
- $152K–$248K earning potential
- Uncapped commissions
