What You’ll Be Doing
- Meet with homeowners for pre-scheduled in-home consultations
- Manage ~11 appointments per week (Mon–Sat schedule)
- Travel within approximately a 100-mile radius
- Understand needs and present the right solution
- Guide customers confidently to a decision and close
- Enjoy helping people but can still ask for the sale
- Take ownership of your results
- Are coachable and want to improve over time
- Are looking for a long-term opportunity
- $152K–$248K earning potential
- Uncapped commissions | W2 employment
