About the Opportunity
Bathroom Pros NJ is expanding our in-home sales team and looking for a motivated closer with experience selling bathroom remodels or similar in-home home improvement services. If you know how to build trust at the kitchen table, guide homeowners through a remodeling decision, and close high-value projects, this role gives you the support and qualified appointments needed to earn at a top level.

What You'll Do
- Run pre-scheduled in-home sales appointments with homeowners
- Perform needs assessments, present design and product options, and build trust through consultative selling
- Create on-site estimates and financing proposals
- Close deals directly in the home and hand off projects for installation
- Follow up with prospects to drive decisions and maintain strong closing ratios
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience closing in-home home improvement sales (bath, kitchen, windows, roofing, siding, etc.)
- Strong communication and consultative selling skills
- Ability to guide customers through remodeling decisions confidently
- Tech-savvy enough to run presentations, proposals, and digital tools
- Self-motivated, competitive, reliable, and takes pride in results
- Clean, professional presentation and demeanor
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ideal Experience
- Walk-in tub, shower conversions, bathroom remodels, or similar
- 1-call close style selling
- Familiar with design-to-install workflows and homeowner financing options
