What are the responsibilities and job description for the Website Admin & QA Specialist position at BATHING BRANDS INC?

Drupal Admin | Multi-Store eCommerce | Cross-Functional Operations

Fully Remote or Hybrid

About the Role

Bathing Brands Inc. is expanding the next generation of Steam, Sauna, and Bathing commerce — and we’re looking for a detail-driven, organized, and curious Website Admin & QA Specialist to support that growth across our platforms.

You’ll work closely with our eCommerce and Web Development teams to ensure our sites run smoothly, workflows support internal and external partners, and new features launch with confidence.

You don’t need to be a developer — but you do need to be someone who knows their way around Drupal Admin Tools, enjoys solving problems, communicates clearly, and thrives in a structured, process-driven environment.

Our Operations Vision

Bathing Brands is building a stable, scalable commerce ecosystem powered by clarity, accuracy, and disciplined workflows.

Content & Website Stability

  • Reliable site administration
  • Clean, traceable content workflows

Quality & Assurance

  • Manual QA testing across all environments
  • Clear documentation and testing accuracy
  • Preventing issues before they reach customers

Cross-Team Visibility & Execution

  • Task clarity through Jira/Asana
  • Ticketing and communication that keeps everyone aligned
  • Support for Product, Catalog, Marketing, and Web teams

You don’t need every skill on day one — just strong fundamentals, attention to detail, and the desire to grow into a highly effective Website Admin/QA professional.

Skills and Experience You’ll Need

  • 1–3 years of Drupal admin experience (Views, Blocks, Reading Logs, Users, Permissions, content workflows) or equivalent work experience
  • 1 year of manual QA experience
  • 1 year using project management tools such as Jira, Asana, ClickUp, etc.
  • Strong communication — able to translate technical details for non-technical teams
  • Excellent organization and ability to manage competing priorities

It would be great if you have…

  • Web application support (extra points for multi-site environments)
  • Familiarity with IT ticketing systems (Microsoft 365, Jira Service Desk, Zendesk)
  • Exposure to Agile workflows (sprints, standups, acceptance criteria)
  • Ability to read basic HTML, CSS, or JavaScript (This is not a developer role but understanding how to read code may help in your job duties.)
  • Experience with Git or version control concepts
  • Comfort using an IDE
  • Light database querying experience (SQL basics)
  • Understanding of SEO fundamentals and general web standards to help inform non-technical

Why Join Us

  • Work on a one-of-a-kind Drupal Commerce “Multi-verse” –shared back end, numerous distinct front ends, complex workflows
  • Gain hands-on experience in a modern eCommerce environment with real ownership
  • Build strong technical and operational foundations (QA, CMS, Agile, SEO)
  • Collaborate with a team that values clarity, structure, and continuous improvement
  • Clear opportunities to grow into Web Admin, QA Lead, or Web Operations roles
  • Competitive compensation and benefits that include Company-subsidized Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance plans available along with dental, vision, short/long-term disability coverage, group AD&D life insurance, 401(k) Retirement Plan with annual company matching funds, and Profit Sharing Program with bi-annual payouts

If you are an organized, curious, and detail-oriented professional who enjoys keeping complex systems running smoothly — and you’re excited to support a growing multi-store commerce ecosystem — we’d love to meet you!
