The Motion Graphic Designer will play a key role in shaping how Bathhouse shows up across digital and social channels. This role will focus on creating dynamic, eye-catching motion content using animation and AI tools, helping us tell stories in fresh and unexpected ways. You'll collaborate closely with our Social & Brand Content Producer to plan creative ideas that support campaigns, brand moments, and everyday social content.

The Motion Graphic Designer will play a key role in shaping how Bathhouse shows up across digital and social channels. This role will focus on creating dynamic, eye-catching motion content using animation and AI tools, helping us tell stories in fresh and unexpected ways. You'll collaborate closely with our Social & Brand Content Producer to plan creative ideas that support campaigns, brand moments, and everyday social content.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Concept and create short-form motion content for social (Reels, TikTok, Shorts, paid).
- Use animation and AI tools to develop visually compelling assets and campaigns while maintaining branding elements.
- Build simple motion templates and repeatable formats for ongoing content.
- Add titles, motion overlays, and light visual effects to video content.
- Support creative brainstorming, mood boards, and storyboards.
- Stay up to date on motion, AI, and social trends and bring new ideas forward.
- Organize project files, versions, and exports for easy team access.
- Bring experimentation and creativity to projects to keep our brand fresh and top of mind for target audiences.
- 4-5 years of experience in motion graphics, animation, or related field.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating motion and social-first digital content.
- Proficient with Adobe After Effects and Premiere (or comparable tools).
- Proficient with using AI design tools (Runway, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, etc.).
- Strong eye for pacing, typography, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment and taking feedback.
- Bonus (not required): experience with sound design, or lifestyle/wellness brands
- Salary: 75,000 - 85,000
