This is a high-volume, detail-heavy role sitting at the center of our accounting operations across a fast-growing, multi-entity hospitality and wellness brand. You'll work directly with our Accounting & Finance Manager and help own the day-to-day accounting work that keeps the business moving — invoice processing, reconciliations, close support, and everything in between. This is a high-volume, detail-heavy role sitting at the center of our accounting operations across a fast-growing, multi-entity hospitality and wellness brand. You'll work directly with our Accounting & Finance Manager and help own the day-to-day accounting work that keeps the business moving — invoice processing, reconciliations, close support, and everything in between. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Invoice intake, coding, and entry across multiple entities in NetSuite
- Vendor communication — onboarding new vendors, collecting W-9s, resolving payment inquiries
- Payment processing and approval routing via Ramp — approximately 170 invoices/month
- Credit card transaction review and coding — approximately 850 transactions/month
- New vendor account setup for entities in pre-open stages
- Contract and document organization
- Bank reconciliation support across 15 accounts
- Assist with month-end close prep — tie-outs, reconciliations, and workpaper organization
- Prepaid and Accrual schedule maintenance and reconciliation support
- Journal entry preparation and posting
- Ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a similar field
- 1-3 years of accounting or Accounts Payable experience
- NetSuite or similar ERP exposure preferred
- Strong AI proficiency — comfortable using AI tools to automate tasks, improve workflows, and increase output
- Proficient in Excel — comfortable with formulas, pivot tables, data cleansing, and large data sets
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage volume
- Strong communicator — comfortable with vendor-facing interactions
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment with evolving processes
- Base salary: $80,000 - $100,000
