Responsibilities
- Review and manage appointments scheduled by the inside sales team
- Conduct a minimum of five field training appointments per week alongside sales representatives
- Provide in-home sales support and assist representatives with closing opportunities
- Monitor individual and team performance and implement strategies to achieve sales goals
- Handle cancel-save appointments and help recover potential lost sales
- Partner with rehash and follow-up efforts to maximize closing opportunities
- Lead ongoing sales meetings, coaching sessions, and training workshops
- Establish clear expectations and accountability for the sales team
- Recruit, develop, motivate, and retain top sales talent
- Maintain a positive, high-performance sales culture
- 5 years of successful in-home home improvement sales experience
- Experience selling bath remodeling, windows, roofing, siding, HVAC, or similar home improvement products preferred
- 2 years of sales management or team leadership experience preferred
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to close sales and train others to do the same
- Comfortable using iPads, electronic presentations, and digital contract platforms
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
